She is survived by: her husband Stan Desautels; her children, Karen Searles (Mark) and Joseph Desautels (Kathy); her grandson Ben Searles; her siblings, Pat Carey, Rita Fay (Mike), Bill Carey (Anne), Dan Carey (Gail) and Jim Carey (Kathy); and her siblings-in-law, Ann Bilow, Michele Gladd (Ken), Colette Saucier, Noelle Mesunas (Eric), Michael Desautels (Diana), Phil Desautels (Teresa), Ross Desautels, Stephen Desautels (Tina) and Christopher Desautels. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
