He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Hormidos Tremblay and Alma LaVenture Tremblay; his wife Mary Ann; and his brothers, Hubert Tremblay of Dania, FL and Arsene Tremblay of Chazy, NY..
He is survived by: his sons, Arthur R. Tremblay (Bobby) of Rouses Point and James F. Tremblay (Jan) of Highgate Center, VT.; and his nieces, Pauline Brindisi of Rouses Point, Audrey Brown (Dee Dee) and Donna Gero of Champlain.
