He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hilgendorff and Lillian Hilgendorff (Hedler); his wife Susan; and his brother Paul. He is survived by: his children, Liz and RJ; his stepdaughter Sandy (Andy) of Round Top, NY; his sister Nancy Hilgendorff (Jim Graf); and his sister-in-law Sue Hilgendorff of Round Top, NY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
