He was predeceased by: his parents, Franz Tomasch and Anna Tomasch (Blashke); his former wife Lisi; his children, Franzie and Thea; his sister Anna; and his half-brothers, Ernst and Herbert.

He is survived by: his fiancée Linda Mascari; his children, Roy, Gordon and Michaela; his sister Gerda; and his child Franzi. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews.
