She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Leonardo and Marion Leonardo (Van Patten); her children, Sgt. James J. Monda and Kim Hurley; and her brother John White.
She is survived by: her daughter Jill Petitti (Fred); her daughter-in-law Teresa Kepler; her brothers, Joseph Leonardo and Jerry Leonardo; her grandsons, Daniel Petitti (Kayla) and Jacob Brock (Sarah); and her great grandchild Sawyer Petitti.
