In the sacred silence of farewell, Patricia is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael DeMeo and Ruth DeMeo. She is survived by: her sons, Jim Koepsell (Carrie), Joseph Condo and Michael Condo (Kelly). She is also survived by her five grandchildren, three brothers, and two sisters, as well as many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to CurePSP, an organization whose mission is to raise awareness, build community, improve care and find a cure for PSP.
