It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John F. McCormack of Roslyn Heights, New York, born in Hempstead, New York, who passed away on May 19, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin and Marie (Gorman); his siblings, Martin and Mary Ellen Danks; and his daughter Maria Sobrino.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia; his sister Anita Combes; his children, John, Christopher and Patricia Atkins; his grandchildren, Carmella Tomeny, Allison, Brian, Liam, Paul McCormack, Peter, James Sobrino, Ciara and Robert Atkins; and his great grandchild Ella Tomeny.
