He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Kyle Tinder Sr. and Mary Haden Tinder; and his son Clifford S. Tinder. He is survived by: his wife Anne Tinder; his daughter Cecily Schurhammer; his stepsons, Christopher, Nathan and Matthew Jones; his stepgrandchildren, Corianne, Noah and Lucy Jones; his granddaughter Camille Tinder; and his great grandchild Sage Abdelaziz.
In lieu of giving flowers, the family asks that those who are able instead make a donation to Make a Wish Foundation or the Ronald McDonald House.
