She is survived by: her children, Michele, Martin FitzGerald, Lieutenant Colonel and Retired William P. FitzGerald (Diane); her grandchildren, Thomas M. FitzGerald (Kate), Tracy FitzGerald Squires (Ben), Caitlin Watts-FitzGerald (Andrew Lamb), Kelsey Watts-FitzGerald (Leo) of Lima Pradela and Colin Watts-FitzGerald; and her great grandchildren, Gracen and Lawsyn FitzGerald.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to People's Place in Kingston or St. Peter's Church in Rosendale, honoring Berenice's legacy of service and commitment to the community.
