She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Sweeney and Helen Sweeney (O'Donnell); her husband Walter J. O'Shea; and her siblings, Patricia Burke and Vincent Sweeney.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary (Jason Rood) and Maureen (Eugene Goss); her grandchildren, Rebecca (Liam DeStefanis), James Rood (Katlynn Shamro), Ian Rood, Jessica Rood, Daniel Goss, Nathan Goss, Lucas Goss and Sarah Goss; her great grandchild Diana; her sister Mary Flood; and her siblings-in-law, Harry Burke and Dorothy Sweeney. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers may be made in the form of contributions to the National Shrine of Our Lady of LaSalette.
