He is survived by: his children, William Rice Jr., Thomas Rice of Canandaigua, Toby Rice of Rose and Barbara Betts (Roger) of North Rose; and his siblings, Richard Rice (Susan) of Prattsburgh and Rosie Steele of Bath. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
