He is survived by: his wife Betty Garland (Confer); his sisters, Ann Frazer of North Rose and Dorothy Rice of Clyde; his stepchildren, Lawrence of Arizona, Louise Garland Jr. (Denise) of Rose, Penny Garland of Wolcott and Corinna Taylor (Charles) of Lyons; his great grandchildren, Morgan, McKenna, Noah, Natelie, Breadon, Jacob, Regan and Savannah; his great great grandchild Rhett; and also, Connie Rios (Jeff) of Lyons, Noel, Kris, Nicole Stevens (Linda), Paul (Shannon), Lawrence, Alexander, Robert, Nicholas (Robert), Jason (Jackie), Broc (Chrissy), Charles Jr. and Devin (Diedra).
