He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rose Mary Zongrone (Bradt); his children, Gale Pappas, Nancy Phillips (Kirk), Ann Bohling (Larry), Carol Cillis (Jim), Mary Gerardi (Mike), John Zongrone (Susan) and Amy Nieratko (John); his grandchildren, Brooke (Brett), Christina, Justin (Jayna), Jimmy, Abbie, Jennifer, Katherine (Connor), Sara, Micheal, Cody, Mia, Hailey, Logan and Cole; his great grandchildren, Niko, Brody, Leno, Blair and Margot; his brother-in-law Robert S. Bradt; his parents, Anthony Ross and Minnie Zongrone (Vero); and his sisters, Frances Catanuto (Manny) and Marie Robinson (Gene). He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Matthew's Church (25 Mountainview St, Voorheesville, NY 12186).
The family requests in lieu of flowers, to consider making a donation to the Breast Cancer Foundation, the Alzheimer's Association or New Scotland Kiwanis.
