He is survived by: his wife Alice (Lyman); his children, Kathy Sklenar (Steve), Sue Connell (Mike), Barb Anderson (Tim) and Chip Kitchen (Patty); his grandchildren, Tara Scott (Brian), Stephen Sklenar (Stacey), Mike Connell (Alex), Matt Connell, Bridget, David, Laura and Patrick Kitchen; and his great grandchildren, Henry, Hudson, Carrick Scott, Emelia, Evan Sklenar, Brianna and AJ Connell.
