He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Decker and Mildred Welch Decker; and his siblings, Benjamin "Butch" Decker, Barbara Bronson and Diane Terwilliger.
He is survived by: his wife Dawn M. Houck Decker; his children, Duane Edelglass (Melissa) of Texas, Amanda Armstead (Ellan) of Glen Ellen, VA, Megan Decker (Sheryl Pinder) of Liberty, NY, Erin Decker of Mechanicsville, VA and Justine Decker (Peter Hover) of Selkirk, NY; and his siblings, Jill Somers (Russ), Melanie Fersch, Jodi Mootz and Jack Decker (Rhonda). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
