He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Meola, Sr.; and his brothers, Joseph Meola, Jr. and Johnny Meola. He is survived by: his mother Charlene Baum Meola; his wife Sally Schwartz Meola; his sons, James Robert Meola of Port Jervis, NY and Jeffrey Richard Meola (Amber) of Roscoe, NY; his siblings, JoAnn Wright of Roscoe, NY and Jeffrey Meola (Tracy) of Wilmington, NC; and his grandchildren, Jayson, Julia and Joshua.
