He is survived by: his daughter Michele; his grandchild Laurie; his daughter Yvonne; his wife Phyllis; his daughter Laurie; his granddaughters, Christine, Samantha, Alison, Abigail and Annabelle Lee; and his great grandchildren, Christian, Kevin and Nash.
