He was predeceased by: his parents, George Durling and Gladys Durling (Swinehart); and his sister-in-law MaryAnn Durling. He is survived by: his wife Diana Phillips; his sons, Steven Durling (Becky), Timothy Durling (Sharon) and George Rice (Deeann); his grandchildren, Layne, Daelle, Junior, Colton, Pipper, Alaina, Haiden and Hunter; and his brother Richard Durling. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The military honors was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Ny State Veterans Cemetery – Finger Lakes (6632 NY-96A, Romulus, NY 14541).
