He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklyn Hipelius and Nelle Mae Balluff (Hunt); and his siblings, Jean, Maxine, William and Franklyn.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Ellen Balluff; his children, Jill Sprang (Tim) of Michigan Center, MI and William Balluff (Sue) of Pleasant Lake, MI; his stepson Jack Teatsworth (Laura) of League City, TX; and his brother Richard Balluff (Patti) of Mesa, AZ.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
