He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Moore and Agnes Moore (Roth); his wife Ellen; his children, Kathyrn Dalton (Mark) of Spring Lake, NC, Cynthia Fitzgerald (Daryl) of Newtown, CT, Kimberly Cole (Marvin) of Farmington, NY, Teresa Sproul of Waterloo, NY, Christopher Moore of Romulus, NY and Amanda Macksamie (Justin) of Farmington, NY; his siblings, Sharon Rabe of Arizona and James; and also Fred Zacholl. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren.
