She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Paul and Regina Gromelski Myslinski; her brothers, Thomas Myslinski Sr. and Paul Myslinski; and her brother-in-law Lee Porter.
She is survived by: her husband Raymond A. Tarkowski; her children, Alison and Andrew; her children-in-law, Jim Underdown and Maggie Tarkowski (Welch); her grandchildren, Justin, Aidan Underdown, Jackson and Sophia; her sisters-in-law, Betty Porter and Debbie Myslinski; her nephews, Thomas Myslinski Jr. (Amy Delahunt) and Timothy Myslinski (Rebecca Lafornara); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Thomas III, Michael, Brady, Hayden Myslinski, Emily and Natalie Myslinski; and her pet Joey.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in the names of Joseph Myslinski and Thomas Myslinski Sr.
