She is survived by: her children, Deborah Otis of Rome, N. Y., Rick, Amy Otis of Holly Springs, N. C. and Christine Otis (Rich Faber) of Naples, FL; her grandchildren, Mary Ashley and Halle Otis; her siblings-in-law, Abby and Lynn Morton; and her nephew Ronald Sweet.
