He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Babcock and Edna Kitchen Babcock; his wife Arlene Vaughn; and his siblings, Marilyn, Robert, Howard, Richard, Gerald and Larry.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Carro (Toney) of Taberg, Norman Babcock Jr. (Renee) of Utica and Jerry Babcock of Taberg; his grandchildren, Erica Nelson, Zachary Babcock, Kasandra Goodman (Chris), Loni Babcock (Joel), Alexandra Babcock, Jordan Babcock, MacKenzie Stucky (Kodi) and Jennifer Carro (Matt); and his brother Gene Babcock (Lorraine). He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
