He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Mike, Dolly Smaldon (Campanaro) and Edmand Jensen. He is survived by: his parents, Paul Jensen and Michelle Jensen (Smaldon); his sister ShelliAnn Jensen; his brother-in-law Jared Groff of Philadelphia; his siblings, Marco and Crosby; his aunts and uncles, Jim, Donna Smaldon, Cindi and Rowe Wheeler; his grandmother Ardyce Jensen; and his aunts and uncles, Deb (Bill Ehlers), Beth (Dave Kolb), Karen (Jerry Barthel) and Dawn (Ed Vallee). He is also survived by his family, friends.
