She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernestine Kelly (Brennan) and John Fox Kelly; her former husband Jesse F. Armstrong II; her son John Pekarski; her siblings, John Kelly (Jack) and Carol; her brother-in-law Robert Carrier; and her sons-in-law, Richard Kohler and David Brockway.
She is survived by: her husband James A. Pekarski of Peter's Church; her children, Jesse F. Armstrong III (Denise) of Rome, NY, Kelly Kohler (Armstrong) of Baldwinsville, Mary Ellen Brockway of Rome, James R. Pekarski (Jill) of Rome and Robert Pekarski (Jennifer) of Getsville, NY; and her sister-in-law Doris Kelly.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Strong-Burns & Sprock Funeral Home (7751 Merrick Rd, Rome, NY 13440). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peter's Church (200 N James St, Rome, NY 13440).
