She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Olmstead and Shirley Sloane Olmstead; her husband William Joseph Welfel of Mary's Church; her sister Karen Crego; her sons-in-law, Ronald Ploughmanand and Edward Johnson, Sr.; and her granddaughter Theresa May.
She is survived by: her close friends, Darlene (Leonard), Lisa, Lauri, William (Kelly), Catherine (Ed), Thomas, Steven (Doreen) and Susan (Cory); and her siblings, Rita Brand of Rome, Gina Grogan (Rodney) of Rome, Frank of New Jersey and Richard of Florida. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren.
