He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Anderson and Lena Harris; and his brothers, Ronald Hoyer and Juan Perez. He is survived by: his brother Larry Harris (Alicia Perez) of Nanuet, NY. He is also survived by the youngest of 6 siblings, many nieces and nephews.
Sister Janice Hoyer passed during the pandemic, the same day as his mother Lena.
Jerome had a deep love of animals, donations in his memory can be made to Anita's Stevens Swan Humane Society, 5664 Horatio St. Utica, NY 13502.
