She was predeceased by: her parent Joseph Kisielewicz; her son Gregory Brockway; her siblings, Lena Connors, Stella Sturbin and Joseph Kisielewski; and also Kirk Rockcastle.

She is survived by: her parent Vincenta Bardziul Kisielewicz; her spouse Stuart Brockway; her sons-in-law, Diane Militello, Joseph Militello of Canandaigua, Joan Gafner and Brian Gafner of Rome; her son Joseph Brockway of Rome; her daughter-in-law Sharon Brockway of Rome; her grandchildren, Gregory Brockway, Jr., Kimberly Brockway, Pamela Rockcastle, Joseph Militello, Patrick Brockway and Kristine Brockway; and her great grandchildren, Hope, Claire, Gianna, Alena and Kendrick. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Helen's memory may be made to Transfiguration Church and the Rome Polish Home.
