He is survived by: his parents, Beth Roach and Patrick Breen; his wife Kortney Drake; his sons, Dominick (Rebecca), Kailib and Cameron; his granddaughter Lila; his siblings, Keith (Kayla), Justin, Rhiana (Courtney), Kristin (Johnny), Patrick Jr., Vicky, Jessica and Desiraye; his in-laws, Brittany (Mike), Tim (Tonja), DJ (Heather) and Amanda; his brothers, Jesse Malison and Timmy Breen; and his close friends, Brooklynn, Chris, Adam Carletta, Ryan, Tara Nutting, Mike Bogacz, Rich, Ashley Brockway and Jason "Big Jay" Jaegers. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
