He was predeceased by: his parents, Gurdon S. Hurlbut and Phoebe K. Hurlbut. He is survived by: his wife Sherri L Hurlbut; his siblings, Peggy Willson (Joseph) and Gurdon Hurlbut (Lori); his children, Diane Nichols (Patrick), Chad Jaquays (Tara), Kristi Jaquays, Derek Jaquays (Danielle Champlin) and Katherin Baxter (Micheal); and his grandchildren, Karia, Savannah, Phoebe, Jaxon, Kennedy, Jayce, Wesson and Eliana. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Contributions may be made to research and support efforts for Parkinson's, Dementia or Alzheimer's disease.
