He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Finley and Mary Finley (Tompkins). He is survived by: his children, Daniel, Ryan Finley and Cheyenne Finley of Rome, NY.; and his siblings, Thomas Finley (Cassie), Brandi Finley, Bruce Finley (Monique), Mary Finley Salmon (Gerry), Kitty Finley and Jason Finley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, Aunts, Uncles.
