He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Holeck and Phyllis Holeck (Nessel); and his son Richard Holeck. He is survived by: his children, Angela Westcott (Steve), Amy Holeck (Bobby) and David Holeck, Jr. (Lisa); his daughter-in-law Michele Holeck; his brothers, Mark Ford (Jean) and Robert Holeck (Sherri); and his close friend Sharon Byrne-Brodecki. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
