He was predeceased by: his parents, William Toepp and Beverly Trembeth Toepp; and his siblings, Anne Abbott and William "Bill" Toepp. He is survived by: his siblings, Karen Toepp (Janet) of Utica, Joseph Toepp of Virginia, James Toepp (Marlene) of Camden and Stephen Toepp (Lauri) of Utica; his nieces and nephews, Bethany Abbott (James) of Boonville, Mari-Ellen Guglielmo (Nick) of Lee Center, Shaun Toepp of Rome, Richard Abbott (Sarah) of Lee Center and Christopher Toepp (Julianne) of Virginia; his great-niece Olivia; his great-nephews, Dante, James III, Lenny, Ryder, Nolan and Christopher; and his close friends, Danielle and Val. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
