He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Lewis (Shirley Bars Lewis) and Chet. He is survived by: his wife Arlene; his sons, Gregg (Lauren), Todd and Trevor (Shawna); and his siblings, Cheri, Jacqui (Gary), Penny (Leanne), Danny, David, John (Rose) and Louie (Carol).
