He is survived by: his children, Noel Bibbins (Terese) of Adams, NY, Carrie Miller (Charlie) of Huntersville, NC and Trudy Hughes (Philip, Jr.) of Philadelphia, NY.; and his brother Dick Bibbins (Donna) of Adams Center, NY. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, and cousins.
