She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney Spencer and Lillian Cole Spencer; her siblings, Harold, George, Russell, Carl, Barney, Charles, Donald James, Barbara, Irma and Willard; her granddaughter Chrissy; and her great grandchild Eion.
She is survived by: her husband James E. Hayes; and her children, Jim Hayes (Donna), Larry Hayes (Denise), Tom Hayes (Nancy), Barney Hayes (Charlotte), Richard Hayes, Jamie Davis (Kevin), Gregg Hayes (Cora), Kim Hayes and Mark Hayes (Diana). She is also survived by twenty two grandchildren; twenty eight great grandchildren; eleven great great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
