It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary T. Doherty (Rockville Centre, New York), who passed away on December 2, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Hugh J. Doherty; her parents, Helen Foster and Joseph Foster; and her siblings, Raymond, Francis, Gerard, Joseph, Helen, Dolores and Dorothy.
She is survived by: her children, Maryellen McGowan (Edward), Jeanmarie Rosa (William) and Diane Doherty; her grandchildren, Jeanine Haire (Andrew), Maggie, William and Eamon; and her siblings, Patricia Engelke and Donald Foster. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
