He was predeceased by: his parents, John G. Smith and Eileen Sliney Smith. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Vera Smith; his children, Ryan, Kelly, Eoin and Kate; and his siblings, Maureen Rolla, Barbara Reilly, Joan Zuckerman, Patricia Glyptis and Joseph Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Due to the current health crisis, social distancing guidelines must be met - a limited number of people at one time will be allowed in the funeral home and at the church, and facemasks are required.
