He was predeceased by: his parents, Meyer Tanzman and Frances Yampel Tanzman; his parents-in-law, Joan and Michael Dorn; and his sister-in-law Fonda Padgett.
He is survived by: his wife Deena Dorn Tanzman; his daughters, Tyla Ballard (Michael) and Dara Tanzman; his granddaughter Madison Grey; his brothers-in-law, Scott Dorn (Cheryl), Perry Dorn (Janice) and Bruce Dorn; his extended family, Cheri, Mike Ballard, Jodi, Gary Bennett, Ramona and Terry Gray (Lee Marchfield); and his close friends, Dr. Nancy Condro and Eddie Schanil. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
Memorial contributions can be made to a scholarship fund that will be established to benefit his granddaughter, Madison Grey Ballard.
