She is survived by: her husband William Parkhurst; her children, Nicholas D'Aprix, Kayla D'Aprix, Dominik Bouchard, Zackary Weiss, William and Beverly; her parents, Alfred Bouchard and Evah Bouchard; and her sons, Michael Bouchard and Cody Weiss. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren, 3 sisters and many other caring relatives and friends.
