She was predeceased by: her parents, William Evans and Frances Evans; her sisters, Carrie and Jean; her husband Jack (Jack); her daughter Linda; and her granddaughter Madeleine.

She is survived by: her children, Diane Nolan (John) of Malta and John Miller (Laura). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, nieces, and one nephew.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Elinor may be made to St. Paul's Church, 771 Route 29, Rock City Falls, NY 12863.
