He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Ann Rupp; his parents, William Rupp and Dorothy Rupp; and his sister Fay Ellen Prince (Buck). He is survived by: his sons, James Robert Rupp (Terri) of Paso Robles, CA and Sean Patrick Rupp (Robin) of Las Vegas, NV; his grandchildren, Sean Rupp Jr. of Chandler, AZ, Megan Rupp of Las Vegas, NV and Madysen Rupp of Reno, NV.; and his siblings, Eileen Rupp Lomax of Rochester, NY and Alan T. Rupp (Betty) of Norfolk, VA.. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
