He is survived by: his wife Jane Thomson Hickok; his children, Bill Hickok (Sue) and Sarah Hickok (Mike Zarin); and his grandchildren, Heather, Robert, Jeffrey Hickok, Alexander Zarin and Hannah Zarin.
