He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Fish (Chris), Lori Statt and Jacqueline Nacca (John); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Erica (Justin), Kristen (Matthew), Andrew, Julie (Jake), Alex, Olivia (Allan) and Allison (Eric); and his caregiver Joyce Forest. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
