Though Vincent may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Vincent touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his stepfather Donald Gramlich. He is survived by: his mother Susan Gramlich; his sister Sherry Habberfield (Michael); his daughter Salem Cass; and his girlfriend Darlene Vasquez. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Farrell-Ryan Funeral and Cremation Services (777 Long Pond Rd, Rochester, NY 14612).
