He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Henshaw; and his parents-in-law, Tom and Linda Burgio. He is survived by: his significant other Bonnie; his daughters, Amanda (Russ) and Katie (Patrick); his grandchildren, Adrianna and Elijah; his mother Frances (Patricia); his siblings, David (Pam), Mark (Monica), Paul (Sue), Darlene (Bill) and Tom; his sister-in-law Tammy Burgio; his niece Alyssa; and his nephews, Ryan, Brandon, Mitchell, Tyler and Jacob. He is also survived by friends and co-workers.

He volunteered for many years for Missing and Exploited Children, and the Spino Foundation.
