He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Donnelly and Florence P. Donnelly. He is survived by: his brother Bryan P. Donnelly (Barbara J. LaVerdi) of Rochester; his nephews, Richard Donnelly (Rebecca) of Jacksonville and Michael Donnelly (Tu) of Paramus; his great-niece Rose Donnelly of Jacksonville; and also, Robert Petrocelli of Maryland, Anne Artusio of California and Deborah Donnelly of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by six first cousins.
