He is survived by: his wife Karen; his daughter Michelle Adams (Chris); his grandson Daniel Cook-Stender (Rose); and his siblings, Bert Johnson (Gene), Clara Hodge and Phil Knights (Mitzi). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
