She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard Ressel; her parents, Herman Morse and Kate [Sandler] Morse; her brother Leonard Morse; and her daughter-in-law Tres Polet.
She is survived by: her children, Howard Ressel (Amy) and Shari Ressel (Linda Buttles); her grandchildren, Louis Ressel (Nadia Pierre-Louis), Kate Leggette (Gabe), Spencer Ressel and Mae Polet; and her great grandchildren, Miguel, Annalysia, Amalia, Ariyah and Jedidiah.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Temple Beth El (139 Winton Rd, Rochester, NY 14610). A shiva was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 148 Penhurst St, Rochester, NY 14619.
