The memory of Stephen Thomas Hart Sr. (Rochester, New York), who passed away on November 5, 2024, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Hart and Mary Jane Hart; and his aunt Ann Stehle. He is survived by: his wife Meg Hart (Noonan); his sons, Tom (Margaret), Peter (Abby) and Andrew (Casey); and his grandchildren, Amelia, Dean, Annie, Lucy, Jackson and Charlie. He is also survived by siblings, many cousins, nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Paul W. Harris Funeral Home, Inc. (570 Kings Hwy S, Rochester, NY 14617). A memorial service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Christ Church (141 East Ave, Rochester, NY 14604).
